Although summer had a short comeback the last few days, I am already in the mood for fall nail art:
I first thought about doing a classic gradient with this three colors, but then decided to better give my brush work some practice, so this is a simple brushed on gradient. I took a thin brush, and just drew quick lines starting from the tip, lifting the brush off at the end. I first did this with gold, let it dry, and then did the red.
I think it suits this style, as it creates a more irregular pattern, and I like how the red changes its hue depending on how thick the polish is. Just like colored leaves. 😀
Base coat: essie Millionails
Main color: essence colour & go 70 nude it! (two coats)
Stripes: Catrice 910 Oh my Goldness!, Misslyn 196 bonfire
Top coat: Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat
