I always wondered why this polish got such raving reviews throughout the nail-blogger world – sure, it’s lovely color, but apart from that? – but I do understand now. 🙂
Besides being a very pretty cream, “For Audrey” also applies like a breeze. It is a bit more liquid than usual polish, but in a good way, it just glides over your nail and covers it with its gorgeousness. 😀
But the most stunning thing about this polish is, that it’s such a light color – but still with carefull application a possible one-coater. I couldn’t believe how perfect my nails already looked after only one coat, when usually you think “oh well, at least three coats” if you see a color like this.
It also dries very well and clean-up went without any mess.
I tried a new technique in my last post and enjoyed the result so much, that I had to play with it again. 😀 This time I didn’t use a fan brush, though, but my smallest liner brush. The result is different – slightly thicker lines, but better overall control over the pattern – and I am still undecided what I like better. I guess I have to experiment some more. 😉
After I finished the background, I added another water decal on top.
