Let’s Do This, Boys! 😀
I free-handed this with a small brush, because I wanted to give the flags a wavy look. This is why the lines are not as crisp as I usually would want them to be, and it also caused a very rough surface, where every brushstroke was visible. A thick coat of Seche Vite fixed most of it, but it still has somewhat of a 3D look. 😀
I wanted to use gold at first, but since the – very badly printed/cut, I might add – water decals used yellow, I did as well.
That being said, I am still quite happy with the result – I hope I will be even more happy with the result tonight. *crossingfingers* *knockonwood* 😉
Base coat: p2 hands & nails calcium gel
Base color accent nails: essence colour & go 70 nude it! (two coats)
Used colors for flag: essence colour & go 144 black is back, essence colour & go 114 fame fatal, M.I.6 Cab Fare

Hübsch!! Obwohl ich ja erklärtermaßen kein Fußballfan bin (bin froh, wenn das Spektakel vorbei ist *duck* – darf ich jetzt hier noch kommentieren? :D), find ich die Nägel supercool! Mir gefallen auch die Decals sehr gut, es fällt nicht auf, dass die Qualität nicht so super ist.
Übrigens gefällt mir das Design mit Gelb sogar besser als mit Gold, irgendwie hat man ja doch die Fahne im Kopf, und die ist ja auch gelb. 🙂

Und ja, die “Fehler” sind halt auch wieder Sachen, die man eh nur sieht, wenn man so ganz, ganz genau hinschaut. Aber du weißt ja, wie das ist mit uns Erbsenzählern. 😉
