Gilded mint

This weeks color of “Lacke in Farbe … und Bunt!” is mint:

My choice this week – p2 volume gloss 130 fresh sister – might be debatable, as it was both shown during “mint” AND “türkis” (turquoise) in the last round. It is probably right in the middle between mint and turquoise, but it has that little extra green tint, which to me makes it more mint. 🙂

I praised the “volume gloss” range before, and I am still a huge fan. “fresh sister” is no exception, application was flawless, even though it needed three coats due to its more crelly-like texture. It dried fast and I just love the wide brush.

With this light color, the gel-like “volume gloss” effect of this range is less pronounced, and it simply looks like a – very pretty 😉 – cream.

I still like the combination of mint and gold (though I did skip the pink this time 😀 ), so I saran-wrapped gold on the accent nails.

What is your vote on “fresh sister” – more mint and a thus a hit, or more turquoise and a failure? 😉
