I probably should rename this round of “Lacke in Farbe … und Bunt!” to “trulla shows the Misslyn Mini Summer LE” 😀 , because for this weeks color – hellgrün (light green) – I used another one of those gorgeous polishes:
“mojito” has a soft green cream base with golden flecks. Like with most polishes in this range, the flecks are very subtle and only visible in bright light.
It came on a bit spotty with the first coat, but leveled itself out ok enough after the second. However, I added a third one to make extra sure for the pictures, but for regular wear two coats should be ok. Drying time was not an issue, it dries quick enough, so I didn’t mind the extra layer.
I wanted to match the nail art to the name of the polish, and tried to create something that – at least in my mind 😉 – looks like a sparkling cocktail. I started with three coats of a sheer green base, and with a tiny piece of sponge dabbed on various shades of green. The polishes I used all had some glitter/shimmer, but I still added silver glitter for the extra sparkle and finished it off with a stamped stylized lemon.
