This weeks color for “Lacke in Farbe … und Bunt!” is “silber” (silver):
“what a drag” is my go-to silver polish for nail art, but I never wore it on its own. Which is a bit of a shame, as it is such a shiny and sparkling silver and applies like a dream in two quickly drying coats.
However – and this is the reason I only use it for nail art – it is a pain in the lower back side to clean. It is packed with silver shimmer, and it pretty much glues itself to every bit of skin it comes in contact with.
On the accent nails I sponged a rough gradient with black on the otherwise nude nail and added silver glitter on top for the extra sparkle.
Have a great party tonight, everyone, see you in 2015. 🙂
Base coat: butter LONDON Nail Foundation
Main color: color club 811 what a drag (two coats)
French on accent nails: essence colour & go 144 black is back, Jolifin Laser Glitter in silver
Top coat: Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat
